Role of ENI in the OCMOL project:
ENI will lead the sub-project dedicated to separation processes.
ENI as a leading energy company will host and coordinate the separation units’ demonstrator with SINTEF.
People involved :
Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from University of Turin in 1981. He has been working in Eni’s research center in San Donato.
Milanese since 1982, and he has been involved in several fields of research, such as coal oxidation, coal gasification, asphaltene structure and, in the last 15 years, heterogeneous catalysis. He is presently senior project manager in the Downstream Process Technology group where he is involved in projects in the field of catalytic refining processes, mainly hydroconversion and upgrading of petroleum cuts. He is a (co-)author of about 60 scientific papers and 27 patents.
